Chris worked hard to diagnose the problem for our toilet which kept backing up. He called in Bob Connelly and together they hauled lots of equipment in and out of our house and worked for 4 1/2 hours until they figured out what was causing the problem. They showed us where the problem was and gave us an estimate for the repair the same day. It is such a relief to have this problem finally fixed. Yes, it’s expensive but no more so than the other plumbing companies that we have worked with in the past plus, they did not quit until they KNEW what the problem was so we did not waste money like we had done with the other company (that told us the problem was something completely different and then never followed through with an estimate for the repair). I would rather pay more to know that the problem will be fixed the first time and fixed right. I don’t know if all the guys working for Abacus are as good as Chris and Bob so i would recommend that you ask for one of them if you have a problem. They are also very personable, which is important when someone is at your home for over 4 hours!”
